Walk down the private balcony stairs to the large lakeside green space where you can relax, play, fish, swim, or tie up your boat for the day. Whether you’re sipping coffee at sunrise or watching the sunset over the water, this is the perfect place to unwind and make lasting memories. Sleeps 8 Comfortably • 1 King Bed • Full-over-Full Bunk Beds (sleeps 4) • Queen Sleeper Sofa • Queen Air Mattress The spacious loft also features a full bathroom and an incredible game room that’s perfect for kids and adults alike. Living Room The open-concept living room welcomes you with soaring 20-foot ceilings and oversized sliding glass doors showcasing panoramic lake views. Relax on the comfortable sleeper sofa while watching the 65-inch Smart TV, or enjoy board games, books, puzzles and cozy throw blankets after a day on the lake. Kitchen & Dining The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook, bake, and entertain during your stay, including kid-friendly dishes and utensils. Enjoy: • Keurig & drip coffee maker • Coffee, tea & hot cocoa • Microwave popcorn • Cookware, bakeware & serving dishes The dining table seats 6–8 guests, plus four additional bar stools so everyone can gather together. A stackable washer and dryer are also provided with detergent, fabric softener, and a laundry basket. Primary Suite Relax in a luxurious King bed with vaulted ceilings, a dedicated workspace, Smart TV, dresser, full-length mirror, and spacious walk-in closet stocked with extra blankets, pillows, iron, ironing board, and a queen air mattress. The adjoining bathroom features a shower/tub combination. Loft Game Room The loft is a guest favorite! It features a Full-over-Full bunk bed, full bathroom, Smart TV, original Nintendo NES, Pac-Man arcade, foosball table, oversized Connect 4, board games, and cozy chairs—creating the perfect hangout for kids, teens, and adults. Pet Friendly Dogs are welcome! Up to two dogs are allowed with a $50 fee per pet. Dog bowls and pet-friendly cleaning supplies are provided. Sorry, no cats due to owner allergies. Parking Two assigned parking spaces are included. Guest parking is limited. House Rules • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. • No parties or events. Please be sure that each guest that will be driving to the condo is on the reservation so that I can add them to the security gate. Up to 6 guests! They will not let you into the gated community if your name is not on the guest list. Keyless entry to condo with code sent out the day of the reservation.
